There is no registration fee for users.
Currently there is no institutional user account provided.
It is not necessary to register through your institution since all interested individuals can register as users.
Once registered, there is accessibility to all the materials on the page of Learning and Teaching Resources in the Project website.
The purposes of the seminars and training workshops are to equip stakeholders with the most updated pedagogical strategies in vocational and professional education and training (VPET) through structured
continuing professional development programmes and provide a platform for knowledge sharing and exchange.
Education Development Officers from Centre for Learning and Teaching of Vocational Training Council, guest facilitators from local and overseas institutions and industry professionals will deliver the seminars and training workshops.
Academic and teaching staff from vocational and professional education and training (VPET) institutions and higher education institutions, VPET workplace mentors, VPET stakeholders, and interested members of the public are welcome.
All seminars and training workshops are free of charge.
The updated information of the seminars and training workshops will be uploaded to the Project website regularly. Additional emails will be sent to all registered users, staff of project collaborating institutions, and other relevant institutions and organisations.
The seminars and training workshops are open to members of the public; hence there is no need to enrol through institutions.
Certificate of Attendance (with training hours) will be issued jointly by VTC, OUHK, CIHE and CBCC after completion of the seminars and training workshops.
We welcome requests for specific topics, however, the discretion rests with the Project Team.
The platform can be accessed by various systems and devices and the learning and teaching materials are also developed for cross platform access.
The multi-media learning and teaching materials are user friendly and normally do not need specific programmes and apps to run.
User guides and online tutorials will be uploaded later to familiarise users with the platform and the multi-media learning and teaching materials.
